I am very excited to join Dayton ISD. This will be my third year with Dayton ISD, but my 11th year in education. I am currently teaching the innovative math for 6th and 7th grade.
Before joining Dayton ISD, I started teaching in Shepherd ISD for 5 years. I taught 3rd -5th grades in Shepherd ISD. Most of my experience has been in teaching Math. From Shepherd, I moved to Sheldon ISD and taught 5th grade Math and Science in Sheldon. I have taught 6th grade math for Dayton ISD.
I have been married for 14 years and have two daughters and one son. My oldest daughter will be attending Dayton ISD in 8th grade and my youngest daughter is in 1st grade. My son is 4 months old. We have several pets to keep us company. We have cats, dogs, and turtles!
My hobbies involve doing science experiences with my daughters. I also like to find fun things to do with my children such as swimming, library activities, basketball, bike riding, and arts and crafts.
